Website privacy
Website statistics and your choice
We use aggregate statistics to understand and improve 10 Market Place, its content and navigation. You do not have to accept analytics to use this website. You can turn analytics off in one click using the Analytics preferences control. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track also keep analytics off.
Who is responsible
Interim Spaces is responsible for these website statistics. Our UK charity registration is 1165694. You can contact us at hello@10marketplace.uk or write to Interim Spaces, PopHub, Floors 1 & 2, 41 Whitcomb Street, London WC2H 7DT, United Kingdom.
What we measure
We count views of fixed page categories, broad traffic sources and device types, approximate country, visible page time, scroll thresholds, and categories of contact, download and external links clicked. Measurements are immediately combined into daily totals. We do not count unique people or join a person’s activity between visits or across our websites. We do not currently count completed enquiries, bookings or purchases through this collector.
We do not retain IP addresses in these statistics, identify you by name, collect form entries or eligibility answers, record screens or keystrokes, create visitor profiles, store analytics identifiers, use advertising trackers, or retain full page or referrer URLs and query strings. Approximate country comes from Cloudflare’s network information and can be affected by VPNs, mobile or shared networks. We do not collect GPS, city, postcode or precise coordinates.
Turning statistics off
Turning analytics off stops further collection without affecting your access. We store only your privacy choice in this browser, separately for this website, and an objection stays off until you explicitly change it. A choice to enable aggregate statistics lasts 90 days. Clearing your browser storage removes that stored choice; your browser’s Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal will still be respected.
A brief, fixed-value storage check confirms that the privacy control works and is immediately removed. It contains no visitor or activity information. If this storage is unavailable, analytics stays off. A request already received may have been included in totals. Because the totals contain no individual identifier, we cannot find or remove one person’s contribution after aggregation.
Purpose and location coverage
Our purpose and legitimate interest is improving this website and keeping the collection service secure. For UK visits, we rely on the statistical-purposes exception to the rules on storage and access technologies, with clear information and a simple right to object. For New Zealand visits, collection is limited to this stated service-improvement purpose and the applicable Privacy Act principles. Collection is currently limited to requests that the hosting network places in the United Kingdom or New Zealand. Other and unknown countries are not measured.
We do not use these statistics for advertising, personalisation, profiling, eligibility decisions or matching with contact, application or booking records. We review site-level totals together in our private ISAIC dashboard; that does not create a shared visitor identity.
Retention, security and access
Daily totals are retained for 90 days. Expired totals are excluded from exports and removed when the collection service is accessed, including its regular scheduled dashboard refresh. If the service is suspended, physical deletion may occur later. Our service necessarily receives a network address to handle a request. It uses a separate keyed security code, scoped to the site, action and minute, to limit abuse. That code contains no page activity, expires after one minute and is removed by cleanup. The network address is not retained in analytics tables.
The dashboard is restricted to authorised operators. Location categories with fewer than five observations are withheld from the dashboard. These limits reduce privacy risks; they are not a guarantee that any small dataset is anonymous.
Hosting and international processing
This website and its collection service use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. The collection service is hosted at interim-spaces.interimdan.chatgpt.site. Our private ISAIC dashboard receives only the aggregate export. Hosting providers may process operational and security data outside the UK and New Zealand, including in the United States. This analytics control does not disable necessary hosting and security processing.
OpenAI’s subprocessor information identifies Cloudflare as a Sites hosting provider in the United States. OpenAI’s privacy information and Cloudflare’s data-processing terms describe their international processing and transfer safeguards, including contractual safeguards where applicable. We do not promise UK-only or New Zealand-only storage. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your information.
Your rights and other services
Contact hello@10marketplace.uk about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or another applicable privacy right. We may need details to locate an enquiry or other record; aggregate statistics do not contain your name. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner or the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner.
Contact forms, email, membership applications, bookings and third-party links are separate from these statistics. Following an external link takes you to that provider’s service and privacy arrangements. This collector does not receive the contents of those communications.
