10 MARKET PLACE is a project designed by Interim Spaces to bring new ideas to the high street and help stimulate local economic growth.

We're providing our shop rent and bills free for up to nine months to successful applicants, supported by a capital grant and mentorship...

...and we're programming in regular classes in music, wellbeing and the arts in our top floor studio. The studio is free of hire to music teachers.

Sponsor the Retail Incubator

Are you a local businesses doing well in Shepton Mallet? Join in the fun and help a small business get their idea off the ground by sponsoring the next retail incubator programme at 10 Market Place!

 

The cost of the sponsorship for each nine month incubator is £5,000 and includes the £1,500 capital grant, rent and utilities. We'll invite you to join the decision making panel formed of local community leaders, and co-brand the programme in print, online and on the shop front.
