Impact the project directly by joining 10Control
We are recruiting active members of the community to help steer this exciting, ongoing project. The group will help us deliver meaningful solutions for the community using the retail unit and top floor hire space by inputting ideas for when the retail unit is slack, as well as helping us select and interview candidates for the incubator, and the top floor programme of regular hirers.
Become an advisor to Interim Spaces
Our charity are interested in recruiting one or more local experts in history, property, and regeneration to help us meet the needs of communities we serve. Advisor roles are voluntary and the amount of time you wish to invest is up to you. Typically, we might ask for an hour or two of your time spread over a month.
Become a retail mentor
Are you a retail expert willing to share your expertise? Could you donate an hour or two of your time per month to provide advice to one of our retailers, if they need it? If so, we’d love for you to join our growing panel of mentors.
Sponsor our retail incubator
We offer the retail unit rent free to a successful candidate for up to nine months, including a one-time £1,500 capital grant, subsidised by grants and sponsorships.
